Phone (Desktop, Mobile, & Confirmation)- Check phone number is correct (hyperlink + body of text view)
- Add phone number + hyper- link the phone number when the body of text mentions calling the spa.

Grammar & Claims- Check to spelling and grammar and mentions of spa. *Any edits made must be made on confirmation as well.
- Check FDA claims (i.e. approved vs Cleared - approved is for medication/injectable primarily)
Links- Check social icons are linked correctly and that they open in separate window. *If not, update.
- Click all buttons to make sure they are anchored (linked to page or forms) *if not, update, or task to anchor where they should
- Check internal & outbound links on pages to make sure no links are broken (404),*if they are, find an appropriate replacement link.
- Hyper links font color matches spa theme and readable/visable.
Location/Map- Make sure the address is correct
- Click on the map/address to be sure it is connected to Google Map Pack
Imagery- Stacked before & after images *Take note of how many or if any are there too, ideally want 5-6 images b&a's.

- Buttons say “get coupon” if there is an offer.
- Make sure Landing Pages with Offers have pop-ups or assign them if not.
- Make sure Blogs have a separate lead form.

3. Make sure before & after images are not being cut off on mobile. Want to see the full smiles.
4. Reduce spacing between text on gravity form *see "note" above, might be the same issue*
5. The "GET COUPON" button on the form doesn't move or change colors when you run over it.
6. Move the disclaimers under the gravity from OR move the one under the gravity from up. *see video*

8. Side gravity form button need to be bigger like the one on the bottom form

Homepage
2. Confirmation page is missing the Hero image and looks like the Contact page. Make sure it matches the homepage.
3. In The hero image models, a couple of them need to be more left-justified so the words don't overlap as much. *see video*
4. Please add the "yelp 5-star" badge that is on the Invisalign page and this one below on either side of the Invisalign badge currently listed after the DR. Make sure they are on mobile too.
In the video ignore where I mention the social icons. Not needed.
