Hey Chris A lot of these, like the "minimally invasive" text was actually an account wide extension, not specific to tummy tuck. It probably launched back when we first did CS and carried over to the other campaigns.

I can clean up the rest.  That Dr name I think came from someone that used to work at the clinic. 

For the sitelink extensions that take users to other pages on the site, they actually do incredibly well.  For example, over the previous 90 days the "Current Specials" sitelink has 4,989 click and 296 conversions ($84 CPA).  Check the screenshot:
