I just got a phone call back from them 
7/30/19 - Time: 11:51 AM. 
They left me the following message:

"Hi Kevin, this is Genesis calling from cellular intelligence. I'm reaching out because it looks like you're interested in a complimentary CoolSculpting consultation. I'm happy to schedule that for you. I will also reach out via email. If that's easier to scheduling communicate, it's not you can call me back at 312-250-5495. Thank you. "

I filled out form at  10:18 AM and they called me back 11:51 AM so they took about an hour and a half.

On the CR report, how far back you want me to go back? 
I never thought I say this but we are behind on Call Rail reports. I been busy doing so many other things. I still have to do Sculptology and a few others.

Chris, here's the report for you. Not really much to go on since they really didn't have too many calls. Some of them loaded up together with the other company. Also, for some reason, Cellular Intelligence Med Spa has not received a CallRail lead since July 19th.
The other company is getting leads as of today however.

Can you check out our pages and see if the number switches? Has there been any calls from ads. Trying to troubleshoot why no calls? 

Okay so first, I am noticing that on a few clients lately. More than 5 already which I posted on here about it. 
As far as CIMEDSPA, I just went to their website and got this number - 312-255-1495 which I called.
But the calls are not appearing - as of yet - on the CR board.
When I try to go to the settings to see the Tracking numbers, the page reloads on its own and does not let me see them which is weird.

It was the only way I was able to capture the numbers.

I called all 4 of them now and they seem to be working. The 4 calls that I have made are now appearing on their board.

Since we are not Admin, what I can do is limited. I can't really delve into Google ads or anything else.
