So I tested two pages on this site

All tages are firing correctly on their GTM.

I did find 2 issues so far. 
One, there is a 2nd pop up showing up AFTER you fill out the first one and the confirmation comes on here - https://www.conciergemedspa.com/liposuction-chicago/


also, I tested this side form twice https://www.conciergemedspa.com/c/coolsculpting/ and it is not coming out on the leadsheet. 
We need to fix this right away. Who knows how many leads we have lost.

I just tested the breast augmentation side form and that one is also not showing up.

What is going on here?
I thought all of these forms were connected?

Isaac, Chris found another issue.
When he put his name and number on the form for Rhynoplasty, he received a text for Coolsculpting, botox
This needs to be fixed as well.

Good morning.
I just tested the pop up and bottom form on the page and did not see the lead right away. https://www.cimedspa.com/body-treatments/coolsculpting/

But I see what is going on now.
This client has 3 different leadsheets -
One named - Concierge Medical Spa + CI Medspa Lead Sheet

and the other - Cimedspa2020 Leadsheet
And the last one - Concierge Medical Spa + CI Medspa Lead Sheet - PS + Dr. Hill + Breast Aug + Lipo

This is too many leadsheets to keep track of.
Why is this the case?
Chris shouldn't we combine at least 2 of these leadsheets?
It is causing too many issues this way. Hard to keep track of which lead is going where. 

Hector - Cimedspa2020 Leadsheet - We don't send any leads to this lead sheet anymore. You can delete this done.

Hector - I'm seeing both of your tests leads in the sheet.

Yes, I noticed that the leads where populating in the other leadsheet since we have 2 of them, 3 with the one you mentioned to delete. 
Now I know that when I test these, I need to look at both leadsheets to see. 
I will do a complete test of all pages now and verify using both leadsheets.
Will let you know what happens. 

Isaac, if we delete the Cimedspa2020 Leadsheet
leadsheet, what will happen to the record of all those leads?
Please advise. 

Hector - They are almost two months old leads which the client would have already contacted. If the client wants to still keep a copy of these leads for tracking purposes or sending a text/email blast in the future. We can copy them in the other lead sheet before deleting the cimedspa2020.

My issue is not as much with the client but with something Chris mentioned to me and we are working on now. 
He wants to keep a record of all the work we have done and leadsheets so we can use in the future for records keeping. 
Let me verify with him before I delete it.

Okay Isaac so I am done testing and it appears all is good now. 
The only issue is I am not seeing a pop up on this page.

Not sure if it's because I been testing all these sites for a few weeks and have not cleaned out my PC. 
Can you check to see if you see the pop up on your end?

Yes, I just checked and the CS popup is appearing fine on my end.
