Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac I am not seeing this pop up show up on the leadsheet.
Nor am I seeing the side forms.
I am also testing other pages and they are not populating on the leadsheet.

I am also seeing a ton of leads coming in from OUR SERVICES. However, not seeing any from gclid in a while... something is going on... 
Can you please let me know if I am mistaken or if there's an issue?
