Kristabel Jonnamae -  I recall Chris asked your team earlier to review all the forms on the website. Were you able to do that? If you guys used DUPLICATE option while creating the forms we may have this issue on some other forms as well on the website. Please let me know. Thank you.

Isaac  - Yes I have tested all forms on the service pages. I have not encountered such an error during the testing. I've only corrected issues such as missing zaps,  incorrect form placement in 3 places on each service page, and linked the new confirmation pages. Yes, we use the DUPLICATE option in creating the forms.

Kristabel - Thanks. Can you pls also test the forms for any hidden fields?

You can check for them by going to field settings in GF.

Isaac - You went through all these forms? I literally checked each field of all of the forms, there is not even a single hidden field except hidden field LABELS. If that's not what you mean? 

We will include this issue on our checklist on Trello.

Kristabel  - No, I didn't. Can you do me a favour and go through on your end so that I can focus on the tasks that require technical work.
