Laura had mentioned when the user 
Diana@conciergemedspa.com at the Northbrook location would send out messages with her login that the replies went to the general company conversations tab. This is fine. The problem is Diana did not see it in her chats. If we have multiple users at specific locations using the system how can we help that specific user filter it to see their own chat only. Isaac can you please provide details and Vania if they need a training can you please schedule.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  just circling back to this...was there an issue? Or a temporary glitch? I honestly find that when people report this issue they're just not working out of the "All" tab like we recommend but usually there aren't lots of logins like Concierge has.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac soooo the update you did. Diana and Cindy now can't see any messages at all. so how is the system determining what their "assigned data" is.
Cindy should see ALL locations leads.
Diana should see Northbrook and Goldcoast (<--just found out)

Manual WAY - Admin will have to assign each leads to the respective staff manually from either contacts tab or Opportunity.

Automatically - For this, we will have to re-configure their zaps so that it filters out the leads based on the location and forward the leads to GHL accordingly. This may take a couple of hrs.

Note - Above is only possible for the GFs on their website. It will not be possible to filter out the leads based on their location on the popups as they don't have a location field in them nor do they have separate pages for each location.
