Laura had mentioned when the user
Diana@conciergemedspa.com at the Northbrook location would send out messages with her login that the replies went to the general company conversations tab. This is fine. The problem is Diana did not see it in her chats. If we have multiple users at specific locations using the system how can we help that specific user filter it to see their own chat only. Isaac can you please provide details and Vania if they need a training can you please schedule.

Manual WAY - Admin will have to assign each leads to the respective staff manually from either contacts tab or Opportunity.
Automatically - For this, we will have to re-configure their zaps so that it filters out the leads based on the location and forward the leads to GHL accordingly. This may take a couple of hrs.
Note - Above is only possible for the GFs on their website. It will not be possible to filter out the leads based on their location on the popups as they don't have a location field in them nor do they have separate pages for each location.
