Notes: Hi Isaac ! Creating a task for the project Chris emailed us about.

We are going to create workflows for nearly all of her services.

Can you please create a Google doc with 3 email drips and 7 text drips per campaign?

We also need to create an existing patient and other pipelines.

Let me know what needs to be done on my end to assist. Thank you so much!

- They currently have only three pipelines and three different campaigns.

- General Campaign
- Surgical leads/Dr. Epstein core Campaign
- Coolsculpting Campaign

OK. So to confirm. I am seeing more than 30 services listed in their website menu. We will be creating separate campaign for each of them?

Also sorry but I am not clear exactly what I will be adding in sheet for each campaign? List of the current text/emails?

Do we have a spreadsheet where we can have a lot of the templated messages in one place so we can easily create new ones based on the treatments? I think it would be helpful to have if you could ask Vanya or try to put one together for me we could have the team work on it thank you

We use the below as standard text that goes out immediately on most of the sub-accounts. All the other texts that goes out on 2nd, 3rd and day after that is I think generally a custom message written by our team after discussing with the client.

Hi {{contact.first_name}}, this is {Medspa Name}.

We would be happy to provide you with more information about {{service-of-interest}}, a safe and effective weight management program.

Let me know a good time to call you back. Or if you would like, I can answer your questions or schedule a consult via text.
