Yes I remember adding below pages earlier on this site. Although I just checked and couldn't access  some of them anymore. Getting redirected to home url. Not sure if somebody updated URL for those pages. Let me know.

Also I am not able to access their site backend anymore to check for above + add the new pages in the menu. Getting below error.

Have they recently installed any security plugin on the site?

Yes - That would a good idea since above issues have occurred recently. Ask him what changes he have made on the site backend recently.

My guess is they currently installed some new security plugin or firewall but didn't configure it properly.

Isaac  - did the Cpanel work for you? Were you able to determine what is going on?

I would back up the site again since we made new page updates. I do not want to lose those. I would like to avoid reaching out to the developer if possible but if we need to speak with him I will intro us now.

Chris - I was able to access the dashboard after editing .htaccess file.

I noticed that someone have updated the url's of some of the new pages that we built. Below are the new URL's.

We sent Cpanel. Were u able to use it back up site and figure out how to login? The login pages were disabled? 

Yes I was able to access the site wp-dashboard. You should also be able to access it fine on my end.

Ok, I figured it out, They have a website tracking team that has been making adjustments and I will tell them not to. The urls are fine except for laser skin resurfacing

Take the old laser skin resurfacing page:

and make it https://cimedspa.com/laser-therapy/laser-skin-resurfacing-old/
Then take the new page: https://cimedspa.com/laser-skin-resurfacing-chicago/

and make it the old url:
