Can you please make this page look as close to Skinney as possible.

Do it on a https://www.conciergemedspa.com/coolsculpting-new so I can see it and you can use the graphic from 1.mysculpt.net - we will may need to install gravity forms and set up a confirmation page, etc. See if you can get rid of that huge grey space at the top of the page as well.  - Once I approve the new design we can revert it over.
