I went ahead and created a Callrail account for Concierge Medspa.
Added users and also client as a user. 
Individual Client login - User = Laura B. Roche
Email - laura@cimedspa.com 
Password - Email sent to client to create it.

Had to pause, waiting to verify GTM since both are used in different sites - Concierge and Cimespa. Figured out that Cimespa does not have a Callrail container in GTM nor a number that changes,  went on to created one. 
Added Javascript, and published it.
