Please test all the forms on the Concierge new website. Also make a list of anything you notice not working or that has issues.
1) Make the leads go into here>
2) Test the sidebar form, the bottom form, and the form that comes up when you click book now on desktop. Write the name test then a description of service and form. For example:
Test CoolSculptbooknow
Test CoolSculpttopform
Test CoolSculptbottonform
3) Update your test in the columns. Concierge + CI Medspa merge sheet.
