We need to show the clients all the work we are doing on the blogs. At the end of each month, can we make a pdf that includes screen shots of that month's blogs.
We then need to send it to the client via email.
Would jonnamae be able to email these PDF's to the clients at the beginning of each month using the medstar email?

That sounds like a great idea since they would be able to see the content right away rather than just the links.
We can create a SEO Monthly Client Article Posted List (or something along those lines)
and just check them all off each month after we send them.
Please let me know if you need any help from me.

So on the spreadsheet you shared, I added a new sheet titled "SEO Monthly Client Article Posted List"
You can down the list and add the clients.
We will send PDF screenshots as Melissa suggested.
But we are also adding the URLS as well to the reports.
Chris wants to include both PDFs screenshots and accompanying URLs.
As you send them out, please check them off on the page.

Chris informed me now that each time we post an article for a client, we need to send them an email letting them know right away.
That does not mean the PDF. We can leave that for the end of the month.
Can you please provide me an update on this task?

Good morning.
I have not been seeing the PDF blogs screenshots being sent to the clients each month. I am looking at the spreadsheet and the last entry was on February 21st.
Can you please tell me why we have stopped sending these to the clients?
If you both are too busy with other work, perhaps we can pass this task along to Gerlie or Charmae.
Wow, so glad that I followed up. I was not seeing any of the updates and I was wondering what was going on.
We need to make sure clients are getting these updates since it shows them that we are on the job working on their SEO.
