Good morning Jonnamae.
This is an old client so we did not have the same protocols as we do now to gain access to their properties.
Second, I logged into Squarespace using the credentials
User - Support@medstarmedia.com
password - Cool2019#$
on the spreadsheet - BUT - I only see BellagiaMD site there, not Monarch.

they did discontinue services with us but starting april 1st

Whitney, the errors you are referring to, are they on the line "They ate when bored. They ate when stressed. They ate mindlessly for no reason at all."
If so, it is written in past tense. It should be - they are eating - since this is still happening.
