Hi all, I want to beef up our SEO package with awesome monthly reports.
Could anyone involved in SEO 1. tell me what they do for SEO (specifically) and 2. How they track those SEO updates or deliverables. 3. Please let me know if you do any reporting to the client. 

I know j sends a report to the client with blog links. 

Can anyone contribute any ideas that can make our SEO package better.

Should we hire someone to be in charge of reporting? 

I'd like to see a report with 
1. screen shots of all our SEO deliverables (blogs, GMB posts, social media posts, updates to content or meta data, basically anything that can be shown with a screen shot.)
2. I also want to list technical SEO (like speeding up the website, 301 redirects, etc) 
3. Data on their organic ranking, traffic, impressions, and other info available from google webmasters.

There is a ton of Technical SEO work Isaac and I do for clients. 
You can see a lot of it on Ahrefs and Bright Local. 
Both of them have weekly SEO reports that they send to me.
In addition, Bright Local has many other SEO features we have yet to touch on. 
Most of us are already overwhelmed with work so we might not have a choice but to have to hire someone to work on the SEO reports. I would love to do it but it just requires too much work and time. Plus, I am too meticulous and it would take me even longer. 
Perhaps Chris or Whitney have some ideas as well.

One way would be to take screenshots of the Errors they have and then another one after we fix them. For example, check out all of the errors I am seeing on Trilogy this week.

Clients really have no idea how much is involved in SEO. 
There is tons of stuff I do on a daily basis for them and most of the time, it goes without mention. 
Thankless SEO work... lol...
