Well, just glad we got it fixed...

 Chris fixed it- I'm not sure what he did but I was able to adjust the issue.

 and just like that the alert is gone. It was definitely there though. We only spent $50 over the last 7 days vs $508 the seven prior. 

Also, for some reason, this account does NOT allow me to increase the spending limit
