Start them a build a citation campaign on brightlocal. Do not ask client for anything, this should have been done, add them to AHERFS too. Fix any meta issues.

they are already added to Bright Local. I will begin purchasing their citations tomorrow. 
I tried adding them to HREFS. However, it says we need to pay $10.00 for this since the maximum has been reached (5).

I also logged into site and could not find where to add the code.

BTW, I am also noticing most of the 17 pluggins are outdated. 
Can we update them accordingly?
