Overall Summary of lead test: Very good response time and attention to lead.
Areas that need improvement = No emails sent. (Client should set up automated response emails) 

Summary: The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from the staff at COR Medspa was almost excellent. They called the lead about 2 hours later. The staff - Kelly - also sent a text and left a nice voicemail. In addition, they did a follow up phone call, text and voicemail the next day. The only area that can be improved on is their lack of emails sent to the lead. 

They should set up an automated email response system to send out notifications to their leads.
