Isaac I thought the xxx-xxx-xxxx is the format we are using. Or asl long as it was consistent it could be the other format.  I will update it if I was mistaken, this is how the spreadsheet has been for a few months now and we even looked at it together so I am confused

Hanna Yes. That whole section (image & form) can be removed from the thank you pages entirely. This will be how all sites should be formatted on thank you pages. Do you suggest I add it to the checklist?
