I took care of everything except for the Before and After images. I will do that later.
I don't have an answer to your question regarding the form notifications because I didn't work on this website.

Alyssa Eye Bag Surgery image on homepage is Stock image. Is that image final one? Should I buy it on AdobeStock website?

Brittany the trello has been completed besides what is listed above. Please let Isaac and I know when this can go to the final URL so I can assign other steps (leadsheet & GHL). 

Isaac I met with Mark. He deleted the 2nd notification setting in the forms. It was a mistake. 

Isaac you had previously done this checklist but then the client came back with a nearly 20-25page document full of edits. Do you think it is wise to run the Trello checklist again before migrating the site?

Brittany can you let Isaac know if there were major edits beyond content? Like were there any new elements added, anything changed to forms, etc?

Isaac  There were not major changes. It was mostly adding/replacing photos, updating links, changing content, and stuff like that. We did add a form field to the GF on the Contact Us page.
