I think this is a false positive. I am working on an appeal. 

Appeal still denied, no traffic can we try again. 

Chris I appealed twice and it was rejected both times.

I'm wondering if it is the word "plasma" on the page? It's so weird

I was going to resubmit the site map. However, I wanted to double check to see if there was anymore PRP results showing up on Google.
I believe this may be the page is the culprit:

https://bergenderm.com/products/platelet-rich-plasma

The WORD PLATELET is what may be causing the issue, not plasma.
Also, the meta description on this page still has PRP on it.

That website when came up first when I searched using "bergeneyelids.com" + "plasma"
Not sure why.
