Additionally, the window where it redirects to the booking site is very small and difficult to navigate, is it possible to make that window larger?

Hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac , we tested this on three separate mobile phones. Unfortunately, still no booking button.  I've got some screenshots so we can get on the same page.  Is there anything that will cause a delay in creating the following changes? If so please advise.

1.  Create a booking link with "Book Online" right on the header of the CRMC mobile site, in the same style as the KetamineTherapyLA mobile site. Add their phone number to match which is 323-650-9949 (see screenshot). 

2. Make the CRMC "Book Online" link bigger and bolder Not regular font. Bigger than Ketamine Therapy LA, has their font.

3. Create a floating booking widget for CRMC in the same way KetamineTherapyLA has their floating widget (see screenshot).

4. Please fix the fonts sizes for CRMC menu so they are all the same and all match in size and font. Currently the "Special" link is much bigger. Was this tasked like this in the past? If so, please advise so I may confer with that person.

Yes. We made it bold to make it stand out in the menu.

Do sites need to have their server cache manually purged as maintenance on a schedule? Is that a thing? I appreciate your tutelage!

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol - Usually servers automatically purges the cache after a fixed period of time but it seems this client server is not purging it automatically or it has a very long time window set for it.
OR
It could be that it was DNS cache on your end.

I have now made the other changes you mentioned above. Please check for them. if you don't see them on your end. Please switch to a different IP address and then check. If you still don't see them. Please let me know. Thanks.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa - Yes. It's slow but unfortunately, we can't do anything about this on our end since the widget is loading from an external script. The client will have to talk to the booking widget company regarding this.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa - update. I did not send that email to client b/c this was around the same time we got the complaints of sites down and potentially hacked. It was not the time to tell them. I'm not sure what the outcome of a recent call w/ Dr. Zara was re: switching hosting services. Once that is determined, we could pick this back up
