To protect the health and safety of our patients and staff, we are using best clinical practices as guided by the CDC and LA County Health Department.
OFFICE PROTOCOLS:
  1. All staff and MDs will be screened for COVID-19 and appropriately monitored.
  2. All staff and MDs will meticulously disinfect our office/room before and after each patient.
  3. We will implement steps to avoid overcrowding of the office with the goal to get patients into private rooms as quickly as possible.


AS OF NOVEMBER 1ST 2021 WE ARE GOING CASHLESS. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT APPLE PAY, CARE CREDIT, AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

  1. Masks are optional for patients at CRMC regardless of vaccination status. CRMC does recommend masks for unvaccinated individuals and those who have weakened immune systems.
  2. If you feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, we ask that you seek medical help and call to reschedule your appointment.

**Effective June 1, 2021: Botox is $12/unit for all existing patients. First time patients receiving more than 30 units (first visit only), Botox is $10/unit.***

For Laser Patients: Please confirm or cancel 48 hours in advance to avoid the late cancellation fee of 100% of the service. 


For Aesthetic Patients: Please confirm or cancel 48 hours in advance to avoid the $100 late cancellation fee.


Any deposits processed are nonrefundable.
