I hate to say this, but their least responsive leads are their CS leads.

They STILL need to be responding the messages like this. They need to "Kindly leave the door open"


They are not putting leads in the right staus. This one should be "LOST" on opportunities, but their status is "OPEN" and they are just sitting in "In conversation"
They are not using the Dashboard correctly: They have had 793 leads, and have 725 of those leads still in conversations?! No way.
