I created 2 Week Follow-Up and 30 Day Follow-Up columns in their Core Pipeline... 
can we sent up a trigger/event that sends an email to crmclaser@gmail.com 14 days after the lead gets added to the 2 Week Follow-Up column? 

And 30 days after the lead gets moved into the "30 Day Follow-Up" column? 

And the email should contain the lead's name and says "2 Week Follow Up" and "30 Day Follow Up", correct?

Vania J, Medstar Vania - How will crmc team will follow up with the lead? Through call or SMS? Asking as this can be automated in Highlevel and they don't need to manually check their email after 14 days or 30 days and then manually call the lead or text them for the follow up.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac right. It will be with both call and text. The call we could automate but I don't want to add the main phone line in case that confuses everyone. We could automate the text but I hate canned responses. I think a personal text is so much better.

Yes, I replaced it with Zara's email - zara@crmclaser.com thinking that bryce@hellomarketingla.com email may be from someone from their previous marketing company.

In a call trigger event. Highlevel system with call the staff and will ask them to dial 1 if they want to connect the call with the lead.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  Thanks for the information...my concern is that it's a front desk number so I need to see if the people following up with the leads are the same people who typically answer that phone.
