I created 2 Week Follow-Up and 30 Day Follow-Up columns in their Core Pipeline...
can we sent up a trigger/event that sends an email to crmclaser@gmail.com 14 days after the lead gets added to the 2 Week Follow-Up column?
And 30 days after the lead gets moved into the "30 Day Follow-Up" column?
And the email should contain the lead's name and says "2 Week Follow Up" and "30 Day Follow Up", correct?
I need to learn more about how the call trigger works on the user end, on a front desk phone system...
