The client is paying us to set up Ads and manage them on a monthly basis. We are not doing website work. Zara is owner, she has a helper named Bryce who does marketing. We are managing three campaigns, CoolSculpting, Weightloss, and PDO Threads. Quick video on overview: https://drive.google.com/file/d/13AUGjAlVx10IvWFIfGrQ-QND9yfPUd79/view

where do we get an "Addiction Services Certificate"? Is that a similar process for the certificate we need to get to do Botox ads?

Hello. How are you? Good afternoon. This client and K Therapy will need to be certified by LegitScript. They need to fill out an application on this website - https://www.legitscript.com/service/certification/addiction-treatment/ Please send that link to these clients to do so.

should we call them to explain? ^^

no we can send crcm an email-
Shane
is there no way we can get it approved on facebook without this?
Notified 4 people
Shane Quast
The ad is rejected because the landing page says Ketamine. If we remove it from the page, we can probably get the ad approved.

the creative also says ketamine, no,
Shane
?
Do we remove the word and then put it back on?
Notified 4 people
Shane Quast
No, the ad does not. We need to leave the word off the site. Same as PRP
Notified 4 people
whitney.zelig@gmail.com
How would we re-word something like that
Shane
?
Notified 4 people
Shane Quast
I don't think we can. Ketamine is the same as PRP to Google now. They don't want us to run ads to a site that contains the word on it.

There are a lot of ways to reword Ketamine... but how do you advertise it without saying it? dissociative anesthetic dissociative anesthesia inducement... and so on.. But as Shane said, hard to sell it without actually being able to say Ketamine.

Oh man i knew we should've put it on a new landing page- but now its gonna crawl the last site right since we put it in google?
Notified 4 people
Hector Mota,Operations Manager
If we are running ads to that page, yes, it will be crawled. If we added the page and set it to INDEX< then yes, it will be crawled. It takes 2 to 3 days for the sitemap_index.hml to be updated by Google and other search engines.

So I am looking at Chris emails and I see client wrote that she is starting to see some activity from the Ketamine ads Shane. She also wrote that Can we include pricing for service in the ad? We having lids, but ppl don't have $$.
Single treatment $500 , 10 treatments $3000.
If ads are not on, how is she seeing activity?

Vania J
whoa that's expensive for Ketamine! I dont know if she should advertise that number but I'm not the expert on this.

We're running them on Facebook.

That explains it
Shane
. Can you implement those changes for them? I need to respond to her latest email.
Vania
, I agree, depression treatment is very expensive. Some people don't make it out of it, even when having all the money in the world ie... Robin Williams.

we get our ketamine for $250 a pop in SLC maybe less on the streets. lol jk. we get it for free.
so what's the next line of action? Do we need to create a ketamine microsite so it doesn't interfere with our ads?
Hector

This is hilarious.... almost fell off my chair ----------->>>>>we get our ketamine for $250 a pop in SLC maybe less on the streets. Whitney, good one. Okay so Shane is running ads on FB and they don't seem to mind - like Google. We are not likely to be able to run any Ketamine ads on Google (right
Shane
???) At least not using that word at all which will make the ads moot. Creating a microsite won't work since they will be disapproved anyway. And we are actually using the microsite now - crmc.mysculpt.net

let me rephrase my question
are our ads on google (cs) affected because we have the word ketamine on the site?
Notified 4 people
Hector Mota,Operations Manager
Okay, thanks for clearing that up. You mean to say that if the word KETAMINE would end up affecting the ads like PRP does? The answer seems to be NO. I do not believe that it does. I am looking at CRMC account and all ads are up and running; except for the Ketamine. It appears Google simply does not want to run Ketamine ads. But, they don't mind if the site has Ketamine on it. At least for now. Let's hope it doesn't change. I hope that answers your question.

Shane Quast completed this to-do.
Shane Quast
We cannot run Ketamine on Google. It looks to me like Google is starting to treat Ketamine anywhere on the site like PRP, but it's not at the same level yet. It's something we will need to watch for.
And I very much agree w/
Vania
that $500 / mon ad budget for a $3000+ service isn't very logical. We're getting leads for them though, so I think this is ok.
I know client is complaining about lead quality. We may be able to address that a bit with ad copy, but may not entirely solve the problem.

Hector
please tell the client that mentioning the price in their ads wouldn't really help unless they have proof that their competitors are charging the same price. It's a high price for that treatment, and they might lose leads if they advertise it.

Whitney, Chris already responded to Bryce and said we would make some adjustments. If they mention the pricing suggestion again, I will interject with what you said.
You may want to discuss this with us.
Shane, he saw ads yesterday on Google when searching for it.
Thanks.
If we cannot run ads on Google, then lets run them on Facebook.
Thanks
You the man, so do what you know...
Unless
Any updates?
I just go down the list of tasks to follow up with everyone.
I am seeing an ad disproved due to Ketamine.
So that means we are not going to be able to run this campaign Shane?
Or the one for Therapeutic Alternatives Whitney.
