I just got off the phone with them and found out they were typing into the "lead notes" in the grey fields. I told them not to do that again, but can you double check they didn't mess anything up?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  everytime we send a client the lead sheet let's make sure to tell them to not touch the grey fields- only green. Im sure you already do this but let's make it more clear.

Please do not edit any of the grey fields as they are automatically connected to the forms. The green areas to the right are good to edit, and we encourage your staff to use this lead sheet to keep track of the progression of leads. If you have any questions please reach out.
