I went ahead and saw that I had already created a new GA4 account for this client's http://crmc.mysculpt.net. - G-KWTFKWTCX0

I updated the stream settings and also migrated UA-160847604-1account for this client - site - https://crmcaesthetics.com

Verified that GA data collection was working... I updated the client's spreadsheet.
