I have updated the "FROM" address to "support@mysculpt.net" now to make sure notification email doesn't go to client's SPAM folder and should also not show "Phishing message" at top. I have also updated the "TO" address to "crmclaser@gmail.com" now. It was set to mediapong@gmail.com earlier.

I have now also connected all Gravity Forms on the website with leadsheet.

Summary: The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from the staff at CRMC was good but can use improvement. There was a direct phone call within 12 minutes which was very good. There was also a voicemail left.
However, there were no text messages ever sent to the lead. In addition, no automated or welcome email or any kind of email of any kind was ever sent to the lead.
