You contacted us 3x by phone and sent a welcoming email. This is great! 

The salesperson that answered our call was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. However, she did not request our contact information, which we recommend doing at the beginning of the call. There also could have been a little more excitement built around the spa and staff.
