Melissa - please fill out a test lead and make sure you get the email to the inbox. 

I got the email. But google does warn me that it could be spam. I think it would make a lot more sense to have these emails coming from an address with the spa in its name. I would never open an email from Jimtetton3456@gmail.com especially if google is warning me that it could be malicious. 

I am already on this.
