Isaac, can you hook up gravity forms on assurewellnessgroup.com so any of the form data goes into Hubspot. Then can you provide me a quick outline of how you do the final form or video.  I already hooked up the zapier account.

There are couple forms that contains questionnaire fields. On these forms
do you want questionnaire fields data to be send to Hubspot as well or just

Client asked us to place this code on the landing pages from hubspot not sure if we should place it website wide in the header or body. Client asked it to go on the landing pages he did not give me much info. Perhaps you could do a little research on the best way to place this

They must have changed it. However, based on previous messages did you
recall hooking it up and testing leads? Also what is the status with the
Lowney leads (ABS+ SE) spreadsheet? and New Beauty Lead web sheet

Yes sir. I recall hooking up the forms I even attached a screenshot for test lead in Hubspot on Dec 19, 2018.

Sorry for not able to remember it earlier.

Already connected spreadsheet for all three websites.
