Notes: It looks like we can add the UTM to gravity forms. Can you do this on CT Skin Doc and make a video for Kristabel so she can do it with the rest. We may need to adjust the lead sheet or add a hidden url. Take a look at the settings. Let' see what we can do to add this to CT SKIN DOC First and and make a task list of what it would take to roll it out to other clients.

- I already tested with all of these tags available pre-built in Gravity form when you first asked me regarding the UTM not getting captured on Skinney earlier this year and found that "embed URL" is the most reliable one that captures the UTM code successfully everytime. "Link referrer" wasn't able to capture even the "Preview URL". And after that "Invisalign form" notifications that you get on your email that we were unable to find the source. I make sure to add a additional hidden field on all new client websites that I create form for and add this tag in there for both client notification email + UTM code in leadsheet.

If you want "Link referrer" code in there in addition to embed URL. I can add that as well and send screenshot to Kristabel. Let me know sir. Thanks.

Yes maybe as as another field ans lets see how it works just for CT Skin Doc and after testing we can see it site wide
