Based on the Secret shopper test I have done on CT Skin Doc, it appears they are performing well with leads. At least when it comes to the Milford, CT office.

Since they performed so well, I never called them back. That is unless you guys want me to.
I will test their other office to see if their response is as good as the Milford, CT.

Today, I went ahead and filled out the form to see how their Stamford, CT responds to leads.

Well it appears that Jenn the Clinical Manager for CT SKin Doc handles both Stamford CT and Milford, CT leads. She called me on both phones and sent me emails on both as well. These people are by far the best in response time when it comes to customer service.

Whitney, I just got off the phone with the Milford, CT office. I asked about 10 questions. But I also used another lead to test the Stamford, CT office. I could call them asking Laser Questions or CS as well. 
Or should I just prepare the report for you now with the information I have already?
