Went ahead and searched the web for client's CWC Cosmetic Surgery - www.wilmingtoncosmeticsurgery.com GMB page. Found it listed under name { CWC Cosmetic Surgery } Used our Support account to send a backdoor request.
Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

I was able to get backdoor access to this client's GMB account. However, I need to verify it. I tried calling, no one picked up. I will try again later to see.

It appears that they have another account and this one is considered a duplicate.
I have sent a backdoor request to them now to their original GMB page.

They appeared to refused to provide us access. I sent another request to see.

I have not heard back from them. We have partial access but it needs to be verified.
