Hi Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie - How are you? Thank you for setting up the popups. Good to see that you have learned to set them up on the website but I noticed that you integrate the popups to the same webhook that is for the GFs on the website. Unfortunately, it's not possible to use a single webhook for both types of forms. So when you create new popups next time. Can you please make sure you set up a separate zap and also include the email step in it. It's very important. If you have any questions regarding this you can ask Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae . She is very well versed in this.
