Isaac Is it possible to send out an auto-text to go out at 1 pm the next day after moving into the show stage? There is a no-show text template in the account.

Can we set up an auto-text to go out a week after someone moves into “sale pending”? Could we put them in the same campaign buildout or just create a trigger for both requests ^^? What’s the easiest way to do this?

Both are doable with different campaigns and triggers. We can't use the same campaign or a single trigger for both.

Sydney  can you create a "no-show text template" there may already be one on the sheet and a text template for someone who came into a consult but hasn't purchased? Please name it "Sale Pending Text Template" and we will review at our HL mtg tomorrow. Thanks!

Isaac The text templates are in there. For No-show, use "No show follow up" and for the Sale Pending Text Template, use "TEXT TEMPLATE-CONSULTATION FOLLOW UP"
