Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac hi we are having some issues with this after-hours automation. The system is sending the automated message to new leads at midnight even after the lead has received the initial automatic text. I'm including a screenshot example (The text times are showing as my timezone PST). This lead got three automatic texts. The client is worried that getting messages at midnight is going to cause them to lose potential clients.
I was going to delete these off the core campaign but wanted you to take a look at it first. thanks!

Vania J, Medstar Vania - I just checked and have now fixed the duplicate text issue.

I have now also removed the leads from the campaign for you that received the first automated text so that don't receive the duplicate text.

They would still appear in the conversation tab.
