We do not have access to their site so I will have to wait for Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae to see if she can find something. 
Yesterday, I resubmitted the GTM Optinmonster tags and that helped. But it seems like they are not working again. 
I am seeing the GTM is still on the CS page so not sure what is going on.
