Good morning. 
This is no good. 
Anytime you do a secret shop and it DOES NOT appear on the leadsheet, it is  moot. We cannot hold them responsible for it. 
I tested the forms - side and pop - and they are not working. 
This is why working with clients who do not give you website access is so frustrating. 
I will follow up with Chris and developer now. 

One more thing Vania. 
That is not the LP for them.

Also, I just checked now and it appears they have a totally different sheet for leads.
But I am not able to access it.
They sent Support@medstarmedia.com an invitation to edit... BUT THEY NEVER SENT ACCESS!
I just requested it from them to see if the leads are going there.

Looks like they have two ways to navigate to CS in the same "Procedures" drop-down menu.
One under "Body Procedures" and one under "Coolsculpting"

This is a mess. 
I just sent them another email requesting access to the lead sheet again. 
I believe that the LP should be on the site. 
Let me send an email to Chris with that screenshot.

Out of curiosity...what about that other CS landing pg? Are they going to remove/redirect that menu item? I can't even imagine how many leads they must have potentially lost.

I have already sent them an email about that. 
This is the problem of working through a third party developer or marketing company. We have to go through several steps before things are done. If they are at all.

Vania  anytime a lead sheet or form is not working properly- tag Isaac. 

whitney.zelig@gmail.com I think Hector emailed them about it. It's because they have their own lead sheet that they had to share access with us. They're not using one we set up for them.
Now that we have access I was able to see the lead I just put in
