Google Adwords Budget: Jeff granted us permission to raise the Google Adwords budget in NYC from $12,000 to $15,000 a month. Current Google Lead cost averages $140 across all four locations. Facebook cost per lead average is $20. Certain clients are filling out a free consultation form and also a request an appointment form. We are tracking each one of these as a conversion. We are working on a way to only count one conversion per client.
Tie Revenue to the Leads: Best to assign a staff member to tie revenue to the leads that come in. At first, keep it simple, use a Google Doc to add all sales then track down names in lead emails or call tracking.
Facebook Responses: Assign someone to answer questions and respond to comments on Facebook
Improve Search Engine Ranking - to rank top on Google you will need new fresh links from an authoritative source. A PR company could help with this. Inviting people with popular blogs to write about it also helps. We have the content plan covered we just need links.
Spanish Campaigns - These are almost finished and will launch shortly. We are also doing research on the PRK campaigns.
Automated Communication: when a client fills out a form online we should automatically email them to confirm we received it and notify them about what they can expect. I resent the email that had the content we drafted.
