KF-no that hasn't hurt us. are we getting less leads? do you see that in the other biz?

CZ - decrease in overall demand but still at the top.
demand, more ppl in the game, deals gotten more (better than 50%) it's more expensive to get a customer now. we end up spending more on ads.
nothing drastic is happening, just have to spend more on ads than what you are used to.
we're able to get you 3x the leads at 10% (more than 2-4% other agency)
cost per conversion is higher. ppl still love it but you have to push harder to get ppl in the door.

CZ - i'm glad you're running semaglutide. are there other areas where we can make you visible, get pple in the door, and cross-sell them, i recommend that as well.
-we can set up a consolidated campaign for xyz if demand is really high for ultherapy that day, that's where they're gonna go. with overall goal of pushing as many bodies into your office as possible.

JV -how is your lead to booking to sales conversion tracking?
lead to consult - how is the front desk doing?
consult to treatment conversion - your consult process
drill down into that as well. are we optimizing these lead that you are paying for?
