Alice - Biz has been up and down. Wants to know:
How are the ads going?
What changes have we made throughout the month to our google ads?
-Influx of ppl with interest makes it hard to keep up with leads, but texting platform is the best interaction. Some ppl complaining that they never signed up for the form.
Meta Teeth Whitening ad has 53 leads in last month with $32.78/daily in last month but averaging $16.84/lead with 120 leads over the lifetime.
WZ - good results!
Alice - wants to know how long the ad has been running active - WZ will get back to them.
Happy with Invisalign and the other(?) ad running.
They converted 1 person on the whitening, they ended up coming in for a cleaning not whitening.
-ppl don't answer, not responding back, won't commit to appt. Or if they do commit to appt, they don't show up. (They do not take CC but, will try from now on) A lot of work for Stephanie :-/
-ghosted after telling price, $499 with $100 off and complimentary exam. "Really cheap!"

If we can't resolve this within 30 days, I'm going to tell you to pause.
Alice - why didn't we do this from the beginning?
WZ - we did but we'll up it more. and so this will be less leads but of higher quality.
Alice - one of the static ads the teeth didn't look nice, looks amateur. A generic would have looked better b/c these don't look that great. The side by side with $100 off is better but the full headshot with $100 off Video is ok.
WZ- demographic in area?
Alice - white ppl, and asian pacific.
Task new static creatives with white model and asian model with BETTER looking teeth, a man in there too, and prettier people. CHRIS will be male model. Then a beautiful asian with a great smile. Alice - priority for White lady first. "They need to look like they would be in a movie."
Immediately stop the whole campaign now to update static imagery.
Alice -I've spent $2000 and we haven't had the return we are looking for.
Neighborhood we're in has an average million dollar house.
WZ - ask Shane if we can do a more general campaign for teeth whitening, invasalign, cleaning and clump together and find out if that's a stronger ad than just teeth whitening alone.
WZ - Your market is the cheapest invisalign market I've ever seen. On google for very cheap
30 days search loss IS budget is 23.9% more on it. so NO, you do not need an additional $1000 on google. Would recommend 20% more, go up to $1650 (Alice approved)
Raise general ads to $1000?
Alice - invisalign and general are working, just clean up whitening, no increase of general ad spend to $1000.
But WZ convinced them to do at least $1000 on dentistry on google.
Ask Shane - what would be a good dentistry campagin on meta?
Alice- what do you do on your end, month to month for your membership other than maintainign the landing page?
WZ - we maintain the tech on the medstar app. Last change was yesterday, 2/28/23 by Shane. our ad experts are constantly watching and monitoring your ads.
-PBHS is managing the site rn. They have templates that Alice used kind of like Wix, even more limited than wix, actually, Alice would like more control.
WZ-We'll give you a break if you want to do all of your marketing with us. If you optimize with us, we can get more than just throwing $ at ads. (paraphrase) We write blogs, we are doing your google my biz. Get text responses from medstar app and all automated.
Alice - request send her websites we do. It's dirt cheap to maintain our current site, so that's why we have stuck with it. Doesn't even let me do testimonials so it is limited.
WZ - "Benefits of invisalign", showed them tribeca dental site.
Chris - let him know they might be intersted in going full medstar with: full site optomization, SEO optimization, all hooked up to the medstar app.
Alice - when we revamp campaign are we going to do all together or...?
WZ- I'll ask our expert and have him weigh in on it.
Nicol's ideas - have you shopped your competition?
If the price is "too low" and saying "you get what you pay for" then what does your office, your location, your space say?
Their demographic is 70% white and 30% other with Asian being 20% on the last census 2020. so their idea that about half and half is white/asian is skewed to either their neighborhood or, the folks they naturally attract b/c race. So- pushing white ppl in the marketing is right on.
Various tasks that I don't know who to comment to, so don't fall between cracks.

Use detailed notes, and assign to Kellie (stills) & Ivonne (oversees and assigns any video creatives). Ivonne will have to get the image of Chis's teeth.
