I called them back and the numbers were working.

Both went through... I spoke with receptionist.

There are times some of these receptionists do not pick up for hours; especially if they are very busy.
Coincidentally, if we use the callrail numbers, we can make sure we have a RECORD of the calls. This way, the client cannot ever deny we called them.

I notice that this client's Client info spreadsheet is old version and it is mostly empty. 87% of their assets are missing.
I will try to update it accordingly.
