Hi Isaac,
Can you hook up Highlevel to Tribeca and All Smiles Dental both gravity forms and popups? We need to be able to differentiate between the two. They should be imported as leads but tag them by their location Tribeca or All Smiles. I am only setting them up as one company in highlevel.
I still will need to build out the campaigns, the communication, etc but I want to make sure the leads are being imported properly first. Could you please start to work on that. The Tribeca Detnal Care is built out with a template of triggers, campaigns, dealt to handle a medical spa client tribeca is a dental care facility however I think we can learn from some of the configurations so I am keeping it. The goal is to use this as a tool to help the clients communicate with their leads. Most of the time the client doesn't communicate fast enough so we are trying to get that taken care of.

FYI - moving forward with other clients. If they have several treatments they offer would we need to hook up a zap for each? That would be a big pain. Perhaps there is another way we can do it through automated triggers like If lead has x tag they are added to this campaign.

So if a lead comes in from Tribeca it needs to be in the Tribeca Campaign and auto added to the tribeca sales pipeline and the same for All Smiles. - DONE

To your questions regarding the automated email event in campaigns -
1) It's working fine. I added a new test event email and received it fine in my inbox.
2) HighLevel comes with pre-setup Mailgun smtp using which we can send 5K emails per month and don't have to signup on Mailgun.
Note - In this free tier plan that comes pre setup we wouldn't receive any email back in HighLevel system that users will send back.

3) We can use any email address in "FROM" hello@medstarmedia.com or chris@medstarmedia.com or some other email. Please see below screenshot to learn from where you can set it for each campaign
