Hey bud can you pretend to be a person who needs invisalign - call on a recorded line and just ask questions about it, if they are running any specials, etc. Submit a lead again, if they do not call back quickly call them

Chris, good morning. 
I will begin putting together a list of relevant questions to ask about invisalign for when I call them later. Once they are open, I will fill out lead sheet and report back on how quickly they call, text, email me and so on.

They called about an hour and half later - lead submitted at 9:56 Am, they called at 11:20 AM. They also sent me a confirmation email at 11:20 AM. 
However, there were no text messages from them whatsoever. I am calling them today in 2nd phase of the leads test.

I tried calling them twice today at different times - 10:19 AM EDT, 2:19 PM. I wanted to go to phase 2 as you suggested and ask them questions. However, both times, the phone rings, goes to their VM, no one is picking up. Not good.

Ok. Look up their phone number in Google Voice or the forwarding number on their callrail and try calling that directly yet still record it

Try to get a hold of them on mainline make sure we dont have a callrail issue

Chris, I do not believe it is a call rail issue. Rather, they are simply not picking up since the calls go to automated messaging system. Both of my calls are coming up on Call Rail. The receptionist are just too busy or not picking up the phone. 
In any case, I will try to do what you suggested and call them again after 9:00 AM EDT when they open.

I went ahead and tried contacting them once again. This time they picked up and I spoke to an agent named Diana. I then went ahead and informed her that I had filled out a form online and had some questions about Invisalign. 

I told her my name was Joshua Rojas and I began asking her the following questions:

What exactly is invisalign about? - Diana said they were clear aligners and explained how they can help me, depending on the issues I may have. 

Who is the treatment for? - She said if you have certain conditions on your teeth, then you can take advantage of it. 

How much does it cost? - Agent Diana mentioned that they had a promotion for $3,500, does not include retainers which are $700. 

Are there any payment options for me? She said there was a third party option called Care Credit.

Is my insurance accepted? She said that some insurances do not cover it at all, would have to call to see. 

How long does the treatment last? - Diana said on average it is about a year. 

If the aligners are lost or broken, do you provide replacements? - She said that they replace they first one, second one I have to pay for it.

Summary - Diana was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions about Invisalign. The only negative
thing to report is that they NEVER sent me a TEXT message. And that I called several times and calls went unanswered or to voice mail. It took 3 calls for me to finally reach them.
