The message should include Lead Origin (landing page ideal), phone number so its clickable or easy to forward a text too and an email and message if there is a message box

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - Yes I have already added the client's sms email address in the notification but based on the Amariclinic client's feedback using sms gateway address doesn't seems a reliable method.

ZAPIER also have SMS integration option. We should try with that as it would be easy for us to debug if any issue occurs but that would require client's to send a verification code that they will receive from ZAPIER in order to be able to add their number in the ZAP.

Already added client's sms gateway email ID on both of her website caringdental and tribecany (Both popups and GF's) and yours on caringdetnal (GF's) only for testing purpose.

If you are available to send the verification code from your cell. I can add your number right now and can try with ZAPIER. Let me know.
