FIXED. Just updated the VC builder to it's latest version and that fixed it. They had a really old version of VC installed which was conflicting JS of some other plugin on the site.

While creating local backup copies of sites. I noticed many clients sites still very old version of core plugins on their sites putting the site on security risk + compatibility issues + slow load speed + less customize options.

I would recommend we should update them all to their latest version.

- Not sure about that man as I don't know how is your knowledge with backend building blocks of WordPress (php + wp codex + server + mySQL + JS) - Updating plugins is little tricky. It depends on a website to website though. On some websites it's a piece of cake but on some websites which are using custom themes or really old wp or some plugin running or on websites which have custom code added to child themes it would be really tricky. One plugin can put the whole site down and Chris have many clients which have their website setup like above.

Alright, I know a bit about the plugins as I have built several sites from scratch. But things change everyday in the world of php and coding.
In any case, I will leave it up to you since I would have to cause any problems rather than help.
