Meaning we need to update the website as right now its directed to our subdomain at mysculpt.net soon it will be on the clients website 

Wait a minute. Chris I just noticed that the GTM on the http://chow.mysculpt.net does Not match the one I created or the code I posted above.
Isaac , the GTM code should be GTM-5P77VGP... since that is the one I created 2 days ago. And that is the code I posted a few comments up. 
So why is the code on http://chow.mysculpt.net showing up as GTM-NSV9JFG ???

In any case, thank you. The correct GTM is now on the http://chow.mysculpt.net site.

The only issue for me is that the number is not changing.

yes we are creating landing page/website for them. their website is ran by patient pop and patient pop does not make changes for us what-so-ever.
other major marketing companies will- like crystal clear.

I know that http://chow.mysculpt.net is the site we are using. But the number is not changing there even though we have added GTM, Callrail tag in GTM and Java script to site.
Chris , yes, I am also aware of how we are creating sub-domains for these clients. Still, I checked the http://chow.mysculpt.net/services/coolsculpting/ and the number is not changing. 

Hey Hector  - I'm also not sure why numbers are not getting swapped since I have very limited access to Callrail. The only access we have is the script which is getting loaded fine in the site page source.

Also, I found the Coolsculpting page with an error =
COOLSCULPTING BEFORE & AFTERS  - It should be Before & After - without an S at the end. 
I logged in and fixed it. 

Hector - Yes I already have access to their callrail account.
Above when I said I have limited access I meant I don't have access to their API source code and just a JS snippet.

If you are still seeing the issue. We should get in touch with their support regarding this.
