✔ Facebook Page Access - Facebook Ad Account Id

Notes: This project is complete but I wanted to give you instruction

Christina _ I have to figure out how to get you access to my facebook so you can put in the actual request. For now, you can help the client find their Facebook ad ID and then share a screen with them to help the authorize our access.

1. https://business.facebook.com/ - You will need to login here.
2. Under business settings > pages> Add + (button) enter the url for their facebook page and request admin access to the account.
3. Direct client to login to their personal account, click on their business page, click on settings, page roles and grant us access.
4. Ask client to go to their personal account, click on the botton arrow at the very top right and click on Manage ads and get the Facebook ad account id number. If they do not have an ad account id they will need to create one. The easiest way is to have them boost a post.
5. Click Ad Accounts - Click Ad then enter their Facebook Ad account id and ask for management access.
6. Walk the client through clicking on their Facebook ad account Id and granting us access.

Whitney, it is not you. There are several instances where the screen stays in the same place even though you can hear Chris saying something else.
Chris, when you say our sheet, do you mean the Tutorial Videos & User Manual spreadsheet?
If so, I have already done so.
Also, added FB info to client's spreadsheet.

This article + video shows you to direct the client to find their Facebook Ad Account ID.

This video shows you how to guide the client into granting us access to the account once we have requested it from the Facebook Business Manager Page.

Did we just end up getting Dr. Chow's password and doing all the back-end work for her instead of walking her through it? That sounds way better for the client.

Yeah were good here we just need to make sure we have access to her domain so we can set up the sub domain
